Job Summary:
As a Craft Cocktail Bartender at Lafontaines, your role will be pivotal in shaping the guest experience. This position requires an energetic and passionate mixologist who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is keen on crafting both classic and innovative cocktails.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with consistency and precision.
• Develop and execute a unique and appealing cocktail menu that complements the lounge’s offerings and theme.
• Engage with guests to provide a memorable service experience, offering recommendations and personalizing their visits.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health codes and safety standards.
• Manage liquor inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock for service demands.
• Collaborate with the rest of the lounge team to ensure a seamless service flow and high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in and contribute to staff training and development, particularly in the area of mixology and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks with a creativity flair.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with customers and creating a welcoming environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Passion for the craft of cocktail making and a keen interest in trends in mixology.
• Certification from a reputable bartending school is preferred.
